3 Days tour from Marrakech to Fes via Merzouga

The 3 days excursion to the Sahara desert from Marrakech to Fez, is aimed at our visitors who wish to visit the two Moroccan cities that are distinguished by their ancient civilization. Our excursion from Marrakech to Fez will start at 07:00 from your riad or hotel.

On the way to Merzouga we will cross the road from Tizi N-tichka that connects Marrakech with the southern valleys. we will make many stops along the way, visit Kasbah Ait Ben Hado, a Unesco world heritage and an amazing example of the traditional architecture of southern Morocco. We will continue to Ouarzazate, along the dazzling roads, arriving at Kasbah Taourirte before having lunch. We will spend the night at our house in Dades Valley.

The next day, after breakfast, we will continue the trip to the Oaisis of Tinghir, which was a military base during the French occupation.

Along the way you will enjoy wonderful landscapes, Berber villages, mountains and green fields where locals keep their cattle.

After lunch we will continue to Rissani, one of the most sacred villages in Morocco, From there we will cross a rough terrain on the way to Merzouga, where our camel caravan will be waiting for us.

will ride a camel to enjoy the sunset in the dunes of Erg Chigaga, we will finish the course in our camp in the Sahara desert, you will sleep under the hypnotizing stars, with drum music.

On the last day, you will have the option of waking up early to see the sunrise, an occasion to devote moments to contemplation and relaxation of the mind to mitigate daily stress. We will follow the road to the car and start the journey back to Fez.

Crossing the Ziz Valley through Errachidia, we will continue towards Midelt where we will have lunch in freedom before following the road through the Atlas Mountains with its forests and villages of Imouzzar and Ifran.

Your trip to the desert from Marrakech to Fez via Merzouga will end when you are left at the hotel or Riad of your choice.
